After danger of frost small starter plants were planted and quick crops were direct seeded. Transplants included squash (winter and summer), cabbage, kale, brussels sprouts, cilantro, thyme, parsley, beans, strawberries, peas, and tomatoes. Lettuce, radishes, carrots, corn and beans were direct seeded. This additional growing space allows me to succession plant to keep harvesting all season long!
This week I started selling my salad and herb kits online! Some harvests are highlighted below including bok choy, radishes, kale, swiss chard, buttercrunch, and spinach. Larger crops including zucchinis and other summer squash varieties will be available within the next few weeks. They are just beginning to form flowers and fruits.
